Refund Policy

We want you and your family to be completely satisfied with your order. If a book or product doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help make it right.

1. Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange for items purchased on the Live Love Sikh website within 15 days of the original delivery date.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unread, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with any shrink wrap or protective covering intact.

  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or personalization.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to info@livelovesikh.com with the subject line: "Return Request - Order # [Your Order Number]".

  2. Provide Details: In the email, please include your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Confirmation: We will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns based on a change of mind, incorrect choice, or other non-fault reasons, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Our Responsibility (Damaged/Defective Items): If you receive a book that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will gladly provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a prompt replacement or a full refund at our expense.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

  • Please note that we only refund the cost of the product(s); original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
